I paid off my loan about a month ago and these folks keep taking money out of my bank which requires me to contact my bank easy time for a refund. I sent an email over 3 weeks ago and haven't received a single response back aside from an automated responder. They will happily steal your money and ghost you, DO NOT trust GoEasy, LendCare, EasyHome, etc. ### 2/5 — Not able to pay in app *2025-10-08, version 2.11.1* Same for the website. You cannot make payments here. Everything is advertised as “easy” but as soon as you have some spare change to pay down your debt. Customer service is extremely disappointing, the interest rates are excessively high, and there is no practical option to reduce your balance early by making extra principal payments.
