Sold us and installed a new heating and air unit that at best cools house to 75 . I have /had credit for service which they refuse to acknowledge. Fail to live up to their service agreement . When we call there is no record of us having an account though all receipts we have are from Goettl. Pathetic useless crooks

Goettl left my area without a word. Now they no longer support my area. I would not recommend a company that leaves their customers out in the cold!
