The AI part of the app is great. Pushing this up on my screen and doing the workout was seamless the first time. Love it.

Gofa's trainers keep you motivated and engaged. All the workouts I've tried get my heart pumping. I can definitely appreciate a real background compared to the other apps where I feel like I'm watching a trainer exercise in a blackhole. The ai feature lets you know which muscles you're using and tells you how much effort you're putting in. Overall this app is amazing and high quality. I can't wait to do more workouts and burn off more weight!
