Support confirms refunded status but no refund received and no response from support. If the school is having multiple events it’s easy to select the wrong tickets. They have a strict no refund policy and their chat is AI generated and trying to contact a real person is almost impossible. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst Ticket app ever *2026-08-22, version 6.4.5* I have used GoFan for a while ever since I started high school and it has just been such a headache there not helpful at all no customer support and if your saying otherwise it’s been a cool 48 hours and nothing back and this isn’t the first time this has happened a few times they just don’t even respond and they use a AI to figure out if your problem is drastic or not it’s crazy how horrible this app is really and you can lose tickets if your are not signed in.
