Much to my dismay the school has gone cashless, so we have to buy tickets through the app. Fine. I was sent a link to the website and bought my tickets. No issues with redemption. I like many others prefer use the app. I downloaded the app. There wasn’t a way to create an account. So I created my account online. I retuned to the app to log in and I get a log in error. I waited a couple days thinking the website and app are slow to transfer information between the two. Nope. A week later I STILL can’t log into the app! After reading the reviews I am not the only person who has complaints about it.  Needless to say it has been deleted from my phone.

The app doesn’t have anything besides a sign in section and you there is no place to create an account. When I click on my school from my computer browser, it comes with a blank screen. Very dysfunctional app.

It’s a joke that this is all the majority of the schools are accepting, saying they can’t take cash, then are running  a snack bar 5ft away taken cash. While these developers are charging a $1/ticket with 20m+ tickets sold. It’s a racket…

This system never allows me to sign in. The app will not accept my sign in and the website always shows an error.

Why would I pay a “convenience fee” for the inconvenience of this app. Any school event that doesn’t accept cash should just be free as opposed to forcing folks to use this trash.

I was a little concerned with an over charged but I’ve learned I’m being refunded.  Not sure what happened but it’s all good.  The app is convenient and worth the $1 convenient fee.
