I asked for a male cleaner twice as my brother is living alone and more comfortable with a male cleaner and they keep on providing a female cleaner any way. ### 1/5 — Misleading annual subscription *2026-05-20, version 3.2.40* I like their services but their annual subscription is incredibly misleading and they bill you a full month in advance despite the app stating the billing date is the next month. Won’t be using them again given deceptive practices ### 1/5 — Avoid!! *2026-03-18, version 3.2.40* We’ve had a few services and the gardening team did a good job. We’ve had 2 cleaners however and they were terrible. I raised a complaint on the second time as we had pad for 4 hours, whilst the cleaner stayed for 2! They completely missed areas (like the toilet!!) and I had to book another cleaner a few days later (elsewhere) Customer service were extremely poor, I was offered an £18 refund due to the time they had spent cleaning (an hour refund) and £10 credit. I would expect something a little more after spending £80 on the service. I could not remove my credit card… It was fine when you are with a good cleaner but it took us a long time to get a good one who was actually able to communicate with us. The membership fee is quite high and one needs to watch out the £300 credit. It is not like that one could use it all; I was misled at the beginning.
