They promise the world buy their whole business model is based on exploiting subcontractors from Bulgaria. The subcontractors resent the parent company and cancel anytime they have a better offer. It’s the time you request and the small print says they’ll come in a 4 hour window. There’s no accurate tracking and they just shrug and say traffic might be bad. Then they sent me a cleaning for free to compensate. Worst cleaner ever. Now they charged me 89 again. You will also get a follow up calls from different mobile numbers to persuade you to sign up for the annual loyalty program for an additional £89. I asked for a male cleaner twice as my brother is living alone and more comfortable with a male cleaner and they keep on providing a female cleaner any way. ### 1/5 — Misleading annual subscription *2026-05-20, version 3.2.40* I like their services but their annual subscription is incredibly misleading and they bill you a full month in advance despite the app stating the billing date is the next month. We’ve had 2 cleaners however and they were terrible. I raised a complaint on the second time as we had pad for 4 hours, whilst the cleaner stayed for 2! They completely missed areas (like the toilet!!) and I had to book another cleaner a few days later (elsewhere) Customer service were extremely poor, I was offered an £18 refund due to the time they had spent cleaning (an hour refund) and £10 credit. I would expect something a little more after spending £80 on the service. They never even showed up!! They did this multiple times until I caught onto the pattern and realized that they are A HUGE SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY. They have a pattern of blaming it on you saying there is no parking (when there is), or that the handyman got lost on the way (he never did) and charging you extremely high fees in penalties for not doing their job!!!!.
