I’m 77 years old and find this new app especially easy to navigate.  I liked the former app but I LOVE this one especially the ability to use a pin to open.  The quick and easy access is a plus for less agile fingers, so much better than typing in long passwords.  However security is insured by using passwords to access certain functions.  I have an app for another larger bank and have to say the Farmers Bank app is far superior.  Highly recommended!

This app is easy to navigate! Gives access to all of the same features as the old app, but easier to locate! Plus the new messaging feature gives the ability to get basic questions answered without having to call in or stop by a branch.
