After a firmware update, the app would no longer crash and users could see the firmware version after tapping Device Settings. However, in February 2026, this crashing problem is happening again. After tapping Settings->Device Settings, the GoFigure app crashes (version 1.6.1, App ver 2.15(9). Users can still stream, but please address why a problem that was fixed three years ago is happening again. ### 2/5 — Are you not doing your job properly?!!!!!! *2024-08-17, version 2.15* Are you not doing your job properly?!!!!!! I couldn't find wifi well so I used Sony a306. Anything you want to do with it is either painfully slow and/or cumbersome. Takes forever to connect, keeps disconnecting from iPhone hotspot, not to mention it is virtually impossible to connect to a new hotspot on the same device that is using the app — for some reason iPhone only broadcasts it’s hotspot while the settings menu is active, and when you switch back to gofigure it takes forever to discover the network, then you get to switch back to settings and start over, and over until you give up. Basically anything you want to do with it feels like navigating through the minefield. Latest offense that made me write this angry review is that app would instantly and constantly crash whenever I try to access the device settings. Couldn’t sell the damn thing because there were no way to factory reset the device. ### 1/5 — A buggy mess. *2023-02-03* I can’t find the Tidal integration. The app crashes when I click “device settings”. It’s 2023, writing iOS apps is easy. I should know, I wrote a successful iOS app in the early iPhone days. Chord should be ashamed. The user experience is appalling and its slow and buggy. It could so easily have been a great app. What the foo is everything else mode. Why isn’t there an option for all of the modes to guide you. Some graphics for the Mojo’s eq would have been mice. Come on Chord you need to try harder than this. Get a GUI/UX person involved the guys doing the embedded stuff shouldn’t be going near this. I love the sound of the Mojo Poly but its so inconvenient and buggy to connect to my phone I probably won’t keep it. The experience is too poor. I was told each time the new version of go figure will fix when it arrives. No new version has been released and I’m left wondering why Chord care so little for the customers. I would seriously going elsewhere if you’re reading this and considering a purchase. I can’t understand why such product is let down by poor app support. Go figure! ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-09-12, version 2.15* This is a really, truly terrible app. It is necessary for the basic configuration of the 2GO, but from the usability to the stability, it’s all bad. To some extent this app limits the range of what the 2GO can do. For one thing, trying to play anything that would be recorded on the SD card is a miserable experience. It need to wait 10 min and manually shutdown Poly. Chord must have learnt a great deal from the pain of launching the Poly, they stuck with it (me too!) and I now have a great music streaming DAC which coupled with Roon makes a formidable portable setup - using the iPad as a cordless menu and headphones into the Mojo/Poly. Upgrading the computer with an SSD and the WiFi to a Mesh system has also made a big difference to how well the Poly performs. However, I’ll never rush to be an ‘early adopter’ again. ### 4/5 — GoFigure at last! *2018-04-18, version 1.0* GoFigure is a much needed app to use in conjunction with the Chord Poly. All settings can be accessed via the app's GUI rather than previously audio only with a paper clip used directly on the Poly. Truth. GoFigure just needs playlist and other player-type functions to be perfect. My previous review was based on a buggy first release of the app. Don't know why it hasn't been overwritten by this edited review. Oh well. If you own a Poly you need this app! ### 3/5 — Device setting is not available *2024-09-28, version 2.15* iPhone 15 pro max ios 18, latest version of Godigure 2.15(9). Device is Mojo mark 1 and Poly. Device is in local WiFi network and work as Roon client. DSD / Bitperfect is on. Playmode is automatic. Version of firmware is 3.2.0 After connection to the device if I go to settings all features of menu are working including General settings, but when I try to see device settings the app hangs and needed to be restarted. The sound quality from the Mojo/Poly combination is fantastic with a good pair of headphones, but...One of the features which I *really* want to use much more is the internet radio functionality. The app comes preloaded with some BBC internet radio stations and their URLs, and they sound great, but I really, REALLY want to add some of my own. This should be as simple as entering the radio station name and streaming URL, but the app does not allow any text to be entered in those fields. You can click the "add station" button, but all that does is remind you that you haven't input any radio station name! Aaargh! I have tried to contact Chord support a few times now, but apart from an email autogenerated by their webserver - which promises contact within 48 hours (!!!), I have received no support at all.
