I would use this app if it worked. Have to old school the tracking with paper and pencil. Sent email couple days ago for app support heard nothing. Filters are great. Review is for app.

First of all, I love my GoFiltr alkalizing filter.  This app is another matter entirely.  I’ve had create a new account every three months. Tonight I went to login, to register my new filter, and it’s the same old story.  Only this time, it continues to advise me that it doesn’t recognize my information. This is it for me folks. I’m tapping out.  I’ll just set reorder alerts on my calendar.   Nice try GoFiltr, but no cigar.

I placed my order and used the 20% discount coupon. Everything went okay at first but few hours later, my order was cancelled without providing a reason. I tried looking for a phone number for their customer service but they just had an email. I immediately sent an email to the customer service asking why it was cancelled and when the refund will be sent to my credit card. Its been 3 days now and no one is responding to my email and the refund has not been sent yet. Poor customer service. The product could have been nice.

The filter works beautifully, though! It’s just the app that stinks.
