When trying to do all of that it keeps asking for a fleet core , that i can never get Because cuatuservice via tedt. Email. Wats up and phone keep saying they can only help if i Have a package that was supposed to be delivered. I tried again to apply. It says I need to log in as I am currently with the company. That’s news to me! Then asking for a fleet number when I’m not part of a fleet. I’m an independent contractor driver. There’s no one to talk to, tried emailing, they said they can’t help, tried WhatsApp, they claimed they can’t help. So basically, I’d really love to work, but can’t because there’s no support to talk to in order to get logged in nor find out why I never received anything confirming I work for them. Yet ppl are working and I get packages delivered to me with them saying they never had any issues applying or getting help. They throw the packages on the floor no matter what is inside, problems paying you took a week to pay me missing money. The packages are lost inside the same warehouse and the worst of all is the treatment, they are Chinese and they are disrespectful. They treat most workers very badly, those Chinese are racist and ill-mannered.
