They will never deliver your package. They will always telling you the same thing when you call them. Honestly, I don't know, but it's a lack of respect. The pay is super low and really bad. I don't recommend them, and I hope fewer and fewer drivers work with them. They get paid from the customers who they are supposed to deliver product to and they get paid off the drivers by penalizing the drivers anyway possible. When trying to do all of that it keeps asking for a fleet core , that i can never get Because cuatuservice via tedt. Email. Wats up and phone keep saying they can only help if i Have a package that was supposed to be delivered. I’m an independent contractor driver. There’s no one to talk to, tried emailing, they said they can’t help, tried WhatsApp, they claimed they can’t help. So basically, I’d really love to work, but can’t because there’s no support to talk to in order to get logged in nor find out why I never received anything confirming I work for them. Yet ppl are working and I get packages delivered to me with them saying they never had any issues applying or getting help. They throw the packages on the floor no matter what is inside, problems paying you took a week to pay me missing money. The packages are lost inside the same warehouse and the worst of all is the treatment, they are Chinese and they are disrespectful. They treat most workers very badly, those Chinese are racist and ill-mannered. Since installing the latest version, the app automatically pauses any music playing on my iPhone whenever I use the camera to scan packages. Prior to this update, I was able to work and scan packages while listening to music without any interruption. This issue significantly impacts the user experience during long work shifts and removes functionality that was previously available. I have confirmed that the problem only occurs when using the Gofo app and started immediately after the update, which strongly suggests that it is related to changes made to the app’s camera or audio management system. I respectfully request that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Given that many drivers spend hours scanning and delivering packages, maintaining uninterrupted audio playback is an important quality-of-life feature that should not have been affected by the update. Please confirm that this issue has been logged and forwarded to the development team for review. I would appreciate any information regarding a timeline for a fix. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Frustrated to say the least ### 2/5 — Ok-ish but definitely needs works! *2024-11-27* I’ve worked with with other courier apps before and while this is certainly not the worst one it’s certainly missing a lot of essentials. 1. The ability to turn off that annoying beeping sound and to mute sound, I’m trying to scan my package as while listening to my music and every time it beeps it stops my music completely that’s just tedious and annoying. 2. I should be able to access the map I want it appears when I’m done scanning will you give me a map reading which is very uncommon. 3. so far I have not gotten the ability to transfer my itinerary into a PDF format which is essential for me as a 1099 employee.
