I'm sure this app is wonderful it seems like it. But I was looking for something to change whole documents into a version that could be edited. This app just offers forms. It's going to charge me after the free trial but it doesn't give any way or instructions to cancel. No information on how to contact anyone for support. I just need to know how to cancel this before am charged. And surprisingly it doesn't even tell you how much you will be charges. Highly recommend. Their support, including our account manager, Harry, is also excellent! ### 5/5 — Game Changer!! *2021-04-14, version 3.5.28* Go Formz has changed the game for my operation. My team works remotely and it took us 2 days to drive around to see everyone and collect paperwork. Now, the same forms are completed through Go Formz and has freed up about 6 working hours per week at least! What else can bring you that? I like that any internal form can be turned into a Go Form so branding can stay consistent. Real time data can be captured at a glance and historical data can be collected in a report within minutes and run at any time. One thing I would suggest is to really think about what you want to achieve before you get started. If it’s just emailing fillable PDFs from person to person; that’s great. But if your trying to capture data from your operation, think big because Go Formz can probably do whatever you need. If you’re trying to improve accountability and productivity in your group, Go Formz can help. It’s a great platform to boost your customer service by creating client specific reports using data captured in the field. It is tricky to learn some of the formulas to properly automate things as you’d like them but Go Formz has a very responsive tech support Team. Trenton is usually back to me same day to let me know he’s on it they’re always helpful to walk you through things. So glad we hooked up with Go Formz. I have to delete the app and reinstall ### 1/5 — Will not give you the form *2024-08-17, version 4.0.692* After spending an hour or two creating your form on their website, they then want you to pay for a subscription to use the form you built, and only on their website. You cannot download a form with interactive fields to use on your own. Only a PDF version of it. Point blank adding 20-30% WORK AND TIME to do the SAME thing only difference is UI. Horrible. By far the worst cancellation policy I’ve ever dealt with, haven’t used the service in months, went to cancel and because it fell after their “billing cycle” was still charged and they are refusing to give me a refund. Again, I have not used the service in months.
