Despite selecting 3pm as the latest delivery time, the package was delivered at 6 pm to a location 20 mins from where it was picked up at 11:50 am. The cutoff for drop offs was 3pm (as indicated when I placed the request for a courier) Unfortunately this box contains 45 packages for my small business that had to be sent out that day. I was not notified that it would not make it in time, so I had no option to retrieve it. Now they are trapped at the drop off until Monday because they are closed until then. Meaning when I can finally access them, it will be too late for them to arrive to their destinations on time for Christmas. I am devastated as this will destroy my businesses reputation.

Very simple and reliable same day courier service. I’m able to manage all of my package deliveries across Toronto and the GTA. Tracking my orders and scheduling ahead is very convenient, especially when I need to send something on the go. Chat support is friendly and helpful, highly recommended!
