一个事故，通过一个去头剪尾的视频，用多个电话致电到我这里，一不透露身份的人，一“车主”，一工作人员，耐心解释，毫不听信，还一口咬死，随便找人顶罪一样，致电线上客服，一问三不知全靠所谓的工作人员登记信息，上传电话想查实是否为真的工作人员居然以不知道三字回复，我个人登记的身份证信息在没完全证实的情况下，可以根据自己的判断将我的驾驶证信息随便告诉给这位不透露身份的人，和“车主”，且遇事第一时间不是找警察而是要求私了，这位工作人员也站边明显，感觉毫无自己判断，让人不得不怀疑是违法团队作案，现在账号还被冻结不用也罢，烂车居多，管理又差，有的停车场还会各种嫌弃，估计登记的信息都可以让工作人员拿来当资金周转随便贱卖

第一次租车体验超级差，特意租了2020款轩逸，想着刚上市的新车，应该不会有什么问题，结果租了放停车场一天，晚上接近11点要开的时候居然启动不了，电瓶亏电了，接着马上联系客服，问题反馈以后客服说已经跟技术人员反应了，让我等待技术人员过来，中途我一直问大概什么时候能到，客服居然说确定不了，总之就是等，期间也没有主动电话联系我，后来技术人员来电话说过来大概要一个多小时让我继续等，踏嘛的，还好亲戚认识个修车朋友住附近过来弄好了，不然大晚上不知道要等到几点！ 而且车内环境超级差，杯架跟储物盒很多垃圾屑，还有用过的口罩，总之体验很垃圾，很差，而且我肯定他们的车是不怎么检修的，最起码的车子电瓶亏电会检查不出来吗，而且轮胎胎压很低检查不出来吗！  希望大家还是认准品牌大点的租车软件吧！  退押金还要15个工作日左右！差评差评差评！
