There’s a new 10% charge for management fee which is actually quite a lot. And there’s only one way to pay which is through the Go Get Credits. So frustrating when you want to topup your credits, some of the payment methods don’t work. I tried with Maybank and Touch N go but both failed. Sigh! ### 3/5 — Need improvements *2022-02-27, version 2.0.87* I’ve been using this app for years now. Sadly, they dont really have major upgrades to the app. I hate the fact i have to relogin every time i re-enter the app and worse when i have to login before each job posted. Even though im entering details one after another without exiting the app. The map always just go blank too. The only reason why im still staying on the app is the cuz the riders are very good and deliveries made are efficient compared to other apps. When i book a runner, the map doesnt always show where the runner currently is. Ithe map just show nothing, empty. When I want to topup my credit, it will always crash or error. It stuck at front page only. ### 2/5 — Time consuming UI *2021-06-29, version 2.0.51* Been using goget apps since its first established and have more than 500 jobs posted. Very helpful apps indeed. But the new update is so time consuming and not helpful at all. I need to log in everytime i open the apps and the offer keep popping when i log in so need to click at least 5 pop up to get to my main objective which is checking the delivery rate and post the job. I dont know if it happens to only me but pls consider fixing that. Thank you. ### 1/5 — GoGet credit expiration *2021-05-18, version 2.0.48* I have cancelled and re-ordered for a rider to do my shopping for me many times but to no success. I only realise that GoGet has an expiration date for their credits after i have transferred RM100 into my GoGet account. Expiration date for credits doesn’t even make sense in the first place. Their email support isn’t responding at all to resolve this issue. Definitely do not recommend this app ### 3/5 — Useful but app itself is buggy and slow *2020-12-09* Great for getting help to run errands. Irrational terms that user needs to obliged. If jobs are not taken up, we can’t cash out our money back to bank to account. After 12 months, our money belongs to them.
