They no longer provide fuel cards so we now need to pay ourselves to refuel and claim reimbursement in the app. Then the reimbursement gets stuck and you are left to argue with a stupid chatbot that doesn’t even understand your problem. ### 1/5 — rubbish app *2026-07-25, version 2026.6.4* rubbish app always have issue and charge more ### 1/5 — James *2026-07-18, version 2026.6.4* Fuel reimbursement is a pain in the arse. The camera snaps the pic before it's focussed creating blurred images that cannot be verified! Spent hrs on the phone but the support team cannot help. Sort your app out!!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible experience *2026-07-09, version 2026.6.4* I really tried to like GoGet because it was recommend by a family member who had used it a few years ago but I just CAN’T. It was a terrible experience, paid for $80 worth of fuel because when I tried using the card I had to call up for a pin and they had to transfer me just for them to tell me to call someone else; in which I did then they did the same thing. I tried to claim it back but they wouldn’t allow it, kept telling me I needed more proof when I gave exactly what they had asked for multiple times ( the receipts & bank statements ) . The car was dirty inside and out. I called up about a transmission issue the car had then they blamed me for it asking if I had insurance to cover it. (No they weren’t going to refund me). They also charged me $98 extra for “being late to drop off” despite me dropping the car off 45 minutes before drop off was due. Only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because car was easy to get and got me from A to B despite its multiple issues. Also charging me for an “investigation charge” no idea what that for and a $50 membership fee although it’s free sign up. Absolutely disgusting. First, if a car isn't parked in its usual spot, the app doesn't show you its live location—leaving you to search up to a 500m radius. Support says confirmation emails might show the location, but if you book in advance, that doesn't help. Second, if you book a car under a household member's name, only they can see the booking details in the app. If you're driving and need to fuel up, you can't access the fuel card PIN and have to call them to get it. The app needs better live tracking and shared household booking visibility. ### 1/5 — Rubbish company *2026-06-02, version 2026.5.22* I have called twice now to get them to fix the app as it comes up with ‘a problem logging in’. They kept trying to make me reset my password and login via chrome instead of fixing the problem which is clearly the app itself. Only after my second call did they finally listen to me and escalate it to IT department. Still hasn’t been fixed so looks like I will be spending lots of money on uber again.
