After waiting there for 45min the order still not ready so I claim for waiting fees and cancel the job because I have another job is waiting. The delay will make me not in time for another job so I have to cancel it. After that I have never seen job offer from same poster so I knew I’m blocked. ### 4/5 — Always reconnecting *2024-06-10, version 0.6.71* Sometimes when I’m open app, it takes long time to refresh. Then, I already missed the job offered. Please don’t make the app already down everytime. My monthly quota almost fully utilised just in a week. Not sure the apps issue or internet provider issue but i noticed there is some changes for the latest version that make me feel this is due to the apps issue (on location services specifically). Please look into it urgently. So when I reinstalled the apps it said that i need to register again. But after I did it, the system said my IC is already registered and just proceed to login. However when i try to login using my email suddenly the screen becomes black screen. Trying more than twice but still occurs the same issue. After a few week trying to log in but still cant due to screen becomes black. The helpline also so useless. Last year, I’m trying to watch their training video but it keep loading, been trying for two weeks straight I thought something wrong with my connection but it’s also happened with the other connection. Changing to different phone still cannot. I give up. Trying to open it today but it’s getting worse as I can’t even log in. When try to log in, it keep bringing me back to log in page. They said i will get compesated within 7 business days but after that i still didnt get it ### 1/5 — Low payment wage, less job opportunity, irrelevant task. *2024-11-19, version 0.6.85* Over the years, this app has become increasingly irrelevant. There are numerous odd jobs only available inside,then it comes with very low wage. No matter how many times you log in, all you can see only warehouse job, which is quite frustrating compared to 2021 still have lots of helper job with under variety company (with well paid wage). Nowadays, most listings are only for short hours and have weird requirements. It's time to step up, dear GoGet. ### 1/5 — Low rate & Bad completion rate system *2024-11-18, version 0.6.85* First of all they charges high commission fee which is 20% of your wages (of course they’ve deducted/ included in the stated wages). Compared to others job seeking apps, this one is the worst. Plus, now they added the completion rate system which is very bad! I claimed a job a week prior to the date, but cancelled at the same day I claimed the job due to personal reasons. However, they deduct my merits making me unable to accept other job offer with high payments. This is so messed up. Unless if I cancelled the job last minute, it will be acceptable but NO! And I was once being cancelled by the poster since he want to add OT but I couldn’t as I accepted the job based on date & time stated and he immediately cancelled me just like that without proper reason & no action taken by GoGet. Ever since that, I never use goget again and switched to FastGig & Troopers! I already have a jon ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2024-09-13, version 0.6.80* Had an issues with the pic for not allowing me enter the warehouse for working eventhough i arrived 30 min early before the working time. The pic said it’s a first come first serve but the apps and whatsapp group didn’t inform at all about the first come first serve. What’s the point of approved jobs in the apps if youre going to use first come first serve on daily basis? Been reporting the issues toward the customer service and email but the answer is “we are sorry for the inconvenience and your reports will bla bla for 2-7 working days”. Why took so long? When it comes to put my payment on hold just because the apps cant track me at the job location, wahh youre working so fast ah to put my payment on hold? ### 1/5 — Failed to reactivate account *2024-04-25, version 0.6.65* First of all sorry for inconvenience but this app is not worth it. If you're cancel last minute it will give you penalty demerit 4 plus deduct rm15 and max 10 demerits then your account will be blocked. I already stated the reason why I was canceling the job especially when not feeling well or having personal issues and also informed poster. After following up with the team by email which almost 2 weeks waiting for them..they immediately suspended my account due to my response because i am penalised wrongly. is this customer service?
