There is currently a bug when you try to sign in with Apple account. It gives you a white page and says ‘Missing email’. No way of going back except for restarting the app. ### 1/5 — Rip-off *2025-05-06, version 2.0.14* £4 delivery PLUS service charge for a mile down the road is pathetic ### 1/5 — Stick with JustEat or Deliveroo *2024-09-21, version 2.0.13* Orders placed sometimes don’t make it to the restaurant for 40 mins due to high volume. And they refuse to refund your order even if it takes 2 hours to arrive! ### 2/5 — Add a filter for places open now *2024-08-10, version 2.0.13* Having to scroll through and manually figure out if a place is open or only taking pre orders for later in the day is super annoying. ### 1/5 — This app is awful *2024-03-25, version 2.0.13* I’m not sure how they manage to make the app even more unusable with every update. Showing stores that apparently don’t deliver to your postcode, randomnly signing you out, deleting your delivery addresses or just flat out doing nothing when you try to pay at checkout - and it’s been exactly the same on my partners phone. We’ll never use the app again and will just order direct with the restaurants instead. ### 1/5 — Unreliable delivery times *2023-10-21, version 2.0.13* They gave me a delivery times when I’ve placed the order and the driver was going to deliver half an hour earlier. I’ve complained and only excuses and half baked solutions were provided. I had to eat food not fresh because the unreliable service and all I was offered by customer service was an apology. ### 2/5 — Good food but awful app *2023-08-18, version 2.0.12* Different food options from other apps which is cool - but the app is so so clunky. Accidentally clicked Gmail login and you can’t go back so have to exit app and start again. Finish putting my address in and accidentally click on the massive live chat pop up? Have to start filling in details all over again. Feels like I’ve placed my order 4 times by the time it’s finally done. It’s like no one who works on the app has tried to use it. ### 1/5 — Always inaccurate wait times *2023-05-28, version 2.0.12* Used the app twice and once waited 3 hours for food when it said an hour, second time said 35-50 mins and it’s increased to 1.30 and counting. Not sure they communicate with the restaurants very well on how busy they are. Also my driver always seems to “arrive” according to the app but the wait time doesn’t increase? Not sure how they communicate when they are sending someone and how they time that with the food but think this defo needs to be improved ### 1/5 — Full of bugs and problems *2023-01-11, version 2.0.12* To often you try to use this and - it’s broken. Today, could only put one item in the basket!! Had meals sent out for delivery that never showed up, promised refunds, twice, neither happened.
