I've never changed my settings because it worked. I checked the settings and these are not changed. Notifications are enabled. Setup is very difficult because it either works or doesn’t after going through setup. You don’t know if you made a mistake until the end. My suggestion for setup, go very slow and double check each step before moving on. If you make a mistake or think you made a mistake, factory reset and start over.
