I've used it several times. The app is a little annoying, pestering you with notifications. I suggest installing the app when you need to use a GoGoVan, then deleting it afterwards. ### 3/5 — Issue with Version 7.86 - app does not load on IPhone 17 pro *2025-10-18, version 7.86* Version 7.86 - I installed the app on my iPhone pro 17. After I launch the app, the screen shows loads indefinitely (time out) and not able to access the app. I put 3 stars because I called the hotline and they helped me find a driver ### 2/5 — Good in theory, terrible in practice *2025-10-03, version 7.86* We’ve had two peasant experiences with drivers in Hong Kong, and everything else has been terrible. The moment anything becomes ‘negotiable’ with regard to helping us move items from van to door, the drivers resort to extortion, almost without exception. There is no negotiation. It’s pay 5x more than local rates, or nothing. I’m sure GoGoX could adopt a better system than this. ### 2/5 — About the Delivery Service *2025-03-19, version 7.73* I recently had a frustrating experience with the delivery service. The app itself never provided an option to choose a delivery method, so I had to call the delivery provider to confirm. It turns out the courier was on foot, and he certainly took his time. I chose this service for a reason: there was an emergency regarding the package I needed to deliver. Unfortunately, the package arrived way too late, rendering the service ineffective by the time it arrived. My main point is about the app's inability to allow users to select their carrier. Given that I'm paying the same amount for this service, I would definitely prefer someone with a motorcycle to handle urgent deliveries. However, both delivery options seem to cost the same, with no choice provided. It doesn’t make much sense, and I believe GoGox should consider separating these delivery methods into different service options. Overall, the service feels quite confusing. ### 1/5 — BAD REVIEW *2022-08-16, version 7.6.0* Once u order before even getting a driver they deducted the money and if there is no driver or the order got cancelled they hold ur money for 7 to 10 Working Days. If u made an order 10 times and got cancelled 10 times it will juz keep deducting ur money for 10 times and give u back in 7-10 Days. Juz call the customer service and thats what they told me. It’s super efficient and incredible rates for door to door delivery. Drivers are all extremely helpful and go the extra mile in setting up some furniture items when they deliver it. Don’t bother going for the Carousell delivery where they use GoGoX. They expect you to wait at home for 6h, with no communication on when the item will arrive. Customer support keeps making promises they can’t keep, e.g. “I will get the correct team to contact you.” Waited the entire morning and there were no updates. Go for another platform with more accountability. ### 1/5 — Broken UI *2025-11-08, version 7.90* App showed pending orders but could not be tapped into to check details. As I could not tap in, the app did not allow me to cancel an order i no longer needed. It was then accepted by a driver, I could not even view the messages he had sent me, I had to reinstall the app i could finally tap into the order and inform the driver of my cancellation. He could not cancel it either and I had to foot the delivery fee despite not needing the service anymore. What a horrible and unintuitive user experience. ### 1/5 — There’s no proper cancel option *2025-05-01, version 7.77* There’s no proper cancel option in the app. Once you request a booking, the app keeps matching you with a mover—even if you ask the mover to cancel, it just finds another one, and the cycle repeats. According to the GoGoX website, cancellation requires calling support. I tried calling around 1 PM, but the automated response said support doesn’t operate in the evening—very confusing and frustrating. I eventually had to ask the next matched mover to please not cancel until morning so I could speak to support directly. The next day, that mover told me he was charged an $8 commission fee by GoGoX just for holding the job for me. This was a bad experience for both me as the customer and the mover who tried to help. The app needs a proper cancellation feature and a clearer support process to avoid unnecessary stress for everyone involved. ### 1/5 — Protects delivery partners over customers *2024-10-07, version 7.62* I used to always use Gogox until my TV came damaged. In this week alone I delivered 6 televisions through their platform, and the most recent one was spoilt. I even sent video proof of the tv working right up to the point that the delivery partners carried them off. Gogox response was the “terms and conditions” BS and that the delivery partners did all they could to safeguard the item, and there was no evidence they mishandled it. Their word against my video proof, plus I had to prove they mishandled it! I thought the tv being a black brick was good enough evidence. Maybe I was expected to follow and videotaped the delivery guys throughout the whole journey to get the proof. Or maybe I should have just carried the tv myself. It’s only $450 and I can afford a new one but that’s when I realized Gogox’ policy favors themselves and delivery partners over the customer. Anyway their delivery partners 30% of time arrive late, so it’s about time to make a swap. ### 1/5 — Overcharging and faking delivery time *2024-05-02, version 7.50* Been using gogox for years until today encountered two guys overcharged for more manpower, and stayed not moving but faking delivery time. The platform simply ignored my complaint. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2024-03-01, version 7.46* Do not want to use GoGoX service again. Tried to hire a van to move a few pieces of luggages and booked it 2 days in advance, got confirmed and cancelled by drivers twice both after a few hours of confirmation. At the third time, a driver called me once ahead of the booking time about 25 mins, I missed his call once and called back within 5 mins, but order was already cancelled by the driver. First time using. Driver say will reach 10am when i indicated 9:30am. When i call the driver at 10am he says still not finish with previous job. Something is very wrong with your drivers, should have inform me rather than i asking him. Why don’t just learn from grab that set a rule that the driver cannot cancel the clients easily and also the other way round? I got super panic as I’m moving to a condo and we have a slot to move. Hence I canceled the order and go to LalaM. Thanks GoGoX for giving me such a heart attack feeling. Lol ### 1/5 — bad services *2022-10-22, version 7.11.0* don’t use it if you have a time schedule, you’ll never find a van on time or sometimes NOT at all, and the fee has already been charged ( on hold) if you cancel and place the order again, same thing happens until your card has serval charges, and also they will call you from time to time tell you that you have unpaid charges !!
