15回書くと有料で書けなくなった

1年くらい前から使ってますが、問題なく使えています。課金したらメールアドレスの登録が出来るようになっていて、前からIDを忘れたらどうしようと思ってましたが、今は安心です。

利用できなくなりました。
初めての料理から2ヶ月分ほど写真を残していたのに急にログインできなくなりました。初めての料理から記録していたのでかなり悲しいです。
また、アプリを開いた際今まで載せていた写真が出てくるまでに時間がかかります。

使いやすいと思うのですが、バックアップ機能はありますか？

**Developer response:** アプリをご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。
基本的にデータはサーバーに保存されるため、記録が突然消えることはありません。
しかし、現時点ではユーザーIDを忘れた際にログインする方法がないため、今後のアップデートでメールアドレスとの紐付けを可能にし、パスワードをリセットできる機能を追加する予定です。

7/23にアプリダウンロードしたばかり 8月に入っても記録できていてはずが急に形態が変わりメモしておいたユーザー番号とパスワード入力してもログイン失敗で出来ず まだ数日ですが記録していたものも何も見えないです。 アプリ削除した方がいいのでしょうか

バージョンアップ後、ログインできなくなりました。
ログイン画面の案内通り、ユーザー番号をパスワード入力欄に入力しても、「ログインに失敗しました」と表示されます。
登録済みの任意のパスワードでも同じです。
課金をして1ヶ月ほど使用していたので、残念。
もう使わないので、返金申請をしました。
