Have tried repeatedly. ### 1/5 — Sign up/log in issues *2025-12-27* Most functionality requires another account/log-in/sign up…. Which usually loads a blank screen. I recommend making it a paid app or advertising supported rather than requiring, yet another, login and password to forget. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work :( *2023-02-06* The app looks amazing, runs well and has a great design; it looks like it has literally anything I need for an upcoming trip, but a lot of it is inaccessible simply because you can’t log in or sign up for an account… there’s an error every time, and you can’t even read it. Mahalo for sharing your experience with us. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2022-06-20* The app worked for one day. I got the app so I could plan our excursions as well as stay up to date on COVID protocols. The app stopped working. I could not log in. I reset my pass word three times, it did not help. **Developer response:** Aloha. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Mahalo for sharing your experience with us. ### 1/5 — Can’t create account *2022-04-01* Sign In with Apple does not work. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t Sign Up *2022-03-21* I tried various ways to create an account (based on options provided on the page). Nothing worked, therefore cannot use some of the features. Also error codes cannot be seen on the ‘create acct’ page (covered up by ‘create account’ banner). When I tried other ways, the error code was visible, but it doesn’t explain why it’s not working. For an official app provided by the State’s Tourism Bureau, very disappointing to encounter such basic issue! Also it took a long time to open. And the internet was not the issue. Every time I try I get a blank screen many times! Please fix! Overall a nice design and good experience in the app. I wish there were a bit more content overall, since it can be a bit light, but what’s there is very good info. I use this every time I go to the islands. Can’t wait to see more! ### 3/5 — Can’t login *2025-12-20* I wanted to favorite an activity. It said I had to log in. It tried to take me to a sign up/log in page that opened in a browser, but it wouldn’t load. I deleted the app and dowloaded again; same thing.
