Clicking next button to update insurance info in profile is broken. And many similar issues. Giving 2 stars, because at least you can book appointments. (But you can’t change time or cancel them!) ### 2/5 — Needs an update *2026-01-16* This app is no longer able to request privacy permissions like access to the camera or photos, making preregistering for my appointment impossible. I had to do it through the website. Incredible ### 1/5 — Horrible app filled with tech issues *2025-04-30* I haven’t written an app review in 10 years but felt compelled to because of how horrible my experience with this app is. Also because their “submit feedback” doesn’t even work! I wrote this to send to them as feedback and it would simply not work, giving me an error message every time even when I cut down the word count. Endless issues with this app AND registering for GoHealth. I spent over an hour and had it use 3 different email addresses to even make an account. Constant issues trying to reset my password - your system simply doesn’t work. When you click the “password reset” in the email, it takes you to a page that gives you an error message. Then when I try to complete registration for my appointment- I can’t take a photo of my ID within the app. Every time I approve permissions, it takes me to my settings and it never allows me to take the photo. Clicking “browse” doesn’t work either! AND when trying to register, there are no state options, ethnicity, sex, race, etc. it’s all blank. Horrible app - stressed me out and made me sicker. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Blood Boiling *2026-03-03* I initially registered online for an appointment, but it mentioned an app that was available so I canceled the registration on there app, figuring it would be more convenient. WRONG. I can’t complete my registration because it says I need to allow access to my camera or photos, but that’s not even an option when I go to the settings; there’s no states available to select when entering your address; there are no races or ethnicities to select; and you can’t submit a message for feedback because it just gives you an error. When reading the reviews, it looks like these problems have existed going back Several years so it seems there’s no interest in improving the app so why not just get rid of it altogether because it is absolutely useless? ### 1/5 — Bad App Design *2026-02-20* App straight up doesn’t work, I got stuck with it in an endless loop of using FaceID. Once I broke out of that and went to login it kept saying my password I had recently save to my Passkey wasn’t correct. I tried the website. The website also wouldn’t accept my password. So I try resetting it. The email I instantly opened to reset my password was supposedly no longer valid. App and website are not horribly built. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-01-22* It keeps asking me to approve permissions but launching the wrong settings on my phone so I can’t approve anything. If you want me to upload my ID for the tenth time then you tell me to approve camera permissions but then you launch general App preferences guess what camera isn’t in there and I have no means of granting permissions you don’t request. iPhone 17 pro max ### 1/5 — App useless *2026-01-07* I have tried to use this app numerous times. It will not find my pharmacy, cannot find me in the system, although, I am. Cannot retrieve my account with forgot password. Tells me to register online, I try, and it does not recognize my Medicare number. The whole app is buggy This should be easy, but has wasted a couple of hours of my time. ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-12-03* This app is useless. I couldn’t get it to take a picture of my insurance card. I rescheduled an appointment and got a text saying it was rescheduled but then got a notification of the appointment about to start with the original time. I went into the app only to find that it never actually rescheduled. So I tried canceling the appointment and the indicator just kept spinning. …The app is completely non-functional. ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2025-11-25* The app gives an error when trying to look up my Anthem insurance. When trying to upload my ID, it redirects me to a random app permissions screen that doesn't allow me to give the app access to my camera; clicking the "browse gallery" button to direct upload a photo doesn't do anything. If I could give zero stars, I would. ### 1/5 — Useless App That Needs a Major Fix *2025-10-22* I don’t know what’s going on with this app, but it’s basically allergic to functioning. Face ID won’t work, password reset emails come with expired tokens, and when I finally manage to log in, every step of registration freezes like it’s personally offended I’m trying to use it. It completely stalls after I enter my insurance info. If I skip it, the app refuses to let me continue or even pick a location. And apparently, there are no locations in my entire city which is funny because I can see them all just fine on your website. The website works great. The app, however, feels like it’s stuck in beta testing from 2012. Please fix it or pull it from the App Store until it can actually do what it’s supposed to. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-10-03* This app does not work. Every time I try to add insurance the app will not allow me, however there are no errors. I cannot add my doctors office, I cannot register, I cannot add my child’s information, I cannot add my pharmacy. One bug after another. Even when I go into the Urgent Care they state the app does not work. Why have an app that does not work. ### 1/5 — Constant error messages *2025-09-27, version 3.4* I tried syncing my medical records after a visit today. Got an “error, something went wrong message.” Tried to contact the clinic. After typing out my message, went to submit and another “Error, something went wrong”message. It is not able to recognize the proper “Anthem” insurance company, even though it works in a browser. There is no Anthem option in the drop down, either you have to select Anthem/BCBS other state or BCBS (Anthem); both fail. I wonder how much they have tested this app for different options. 2. When it allows you to ship verification, it gets hung up on subscriber (patient) screen. If you skip verification, you should not even be prompted for this 3. Even though the location is properly configured, once I login to the app, it keeps telling me to change the location settings. I’m using the latest iOS 18.x on iPhone 11 Hoping developers take note of these, fix and test thoroughly. ### 3/5 — Nice Enough app but with problems *2025-08-21, version 3.4* I would love to use this app to book my appointments for urgent care. Overall it seems to operate without issue until you are using a mail service which verifies contents of email to prevent malware. If you utilize Mimecast or Cloudflare or even just outlook.com email, you can never reset your password. This is because these services follow all links in an email to check for malware. When you go to reset your password, you will get the email and click it immediately but it will tell you the link has expired (because these services follow protective service has “clicked” the link already). I tried to reach out to the support team but my email was sent to the medical provider instead of the app support team.
