For example, when you connect with people, the app doesn’t tell you who accepted your invitation to connect. It only says the number of connections you have. Even if click on that, it won’t open or give any details. What’s the point of connecting then? That and a few other annoyances. App can be improved! ### 3/5 — Complaint *2024-12-04* The app is so good, but all of sudden my account automatically logged out and I can’t able to login into my account back and unable to reset the password , help me with that ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2024-07-30* Overall the app functions, but I have encountered several bugs in only a few minutes of use. When you view a “group” even if you don’t join it will appear in your inbox with notifications, if you refresh the page it will go away but will also just show up again later. When using specific filters on either the “connect” or “map” page some people’s profiles will not disappear even if they don’t fall under any of the filters. I also think that the map feature is too precise and should show people in more general areas (or at least give to option to toggle it) so that peoples locations aren’t being shown on a map to everyone else for safety and privacy. The button in the settings does nothing and will not let me change it. It also has lots of information about getting started at TCD. A big plus is the ease of starting up Goin’ subgroups to include students for where you’re living, your course, similar interests etc. I actually have people who I feel confident to contact when I arrive.
