### 5/5 — I love using this app

*2025-06-06, version 3.1.163*

Very useful!

### 5/5 — Great Service

*2024-10-28, version 3.1.159*

Really great service at a great price. Phone reps are friendly. Drivers are friendly and safe. App is getting better each time I use it.

### 2/5 — Why can’t you schedule rides from outside the service area?

*2024-10-10, version 3.1.159*

If you’re going to be arriving in the service area at a particular time, why can’t you schedule rides in this app before you get there? There’s even a scheduled trips button in the app but it does nothing. The dispatcher won’t let you schedule rides either. This is a basic feature other ride hailing apps have but this app with the weird name doesn’t.

Update: app has gotten a bit better as more drivers were hired to ease the demand.

One big problem: if you always get picked up and dropped off at the same locations, you can’t save that combination of pickup point/destination and instead have to trudge through a Next Next Next wizard interface to slowly get your request in.

Another problem: Why does it take 15 (FIFTEEN) taps after opening the app to request a ride? In Uber and Lyft it takes 3. How hard is it to build an app that takes fewer taps?

### 2/5 — Not really worth it unless you can deal with unreliable wait times and a bad map

*2024-10-09, version 3.1.157*

The price for this service is unbeatable but if you are in any rush at all this service will only ever give you an exercise in anger and frustration. There is no way to schedule a ride in advance either so you can only ever roll the die and often you’ll be very unlucky with a 15-20+ minute wait time. Oh and the rule about the drop off zone at the transit center is very enraging, many times now I’ve been forced to watch the last bus home drive off as the zip driver slowly idles the lengthy route to the drop off zone with zero sense of urgency or care.

Oh and the map is buggy too so there’s a good chance it’ll send the driver somewhere else, and of course driver response times to texts or calls are nonexistent so good luck reaching out to them

### 1/5 — Consistently unreliable, love the ZIP service but hate this app

*2024-07-16, version 3.1.156*

This app is absolutely one of the most horrible, buggy, unstable apps i’ve ever been forced to use. It regularly fails to recognize my location within a service area with no option to manually include your address to bypass this error. The login session expires frequently and then when you have to log back in the verification service also fails. It’s a day to day coin flip whether or not you will be able to book a ride with this app or not.

Highly suggest city of Lynnwood look into the legitimacy of any positive reviews here as my friends and family also have these issues with the service and have dramatically reduced how often we are willing to try and use the zip shuttle. Love the service, hate this app.

### 1/5 — Can’t sign up

*2024-07-15, version 3.1.153*

It kept saying “the r operation has failed , unauthorized “ help please

### 2/5 — Unreliable

*2024-06-23, version 3.1.153*

I’ve used it once and it was fine. Then I tried it for the second time. It kept looking for a new provider or something, and then it did not come to me. I wasted 30 mins and ended up walking for an hour to a place. This is a horrible and unreliable experience, and I’m disappointed.

### 5/5 — Outstanding service

*2024-05-21, version 3.1.149*

I can’t give enough credit to this program, we lost our vehicle and our schedule sometimes doesn’t work with bus.
This on demand transport has been a huge help!!
Thank you lynnwood, thank you everyone for making this possible.
Please continue the amazing work!
