Each post can have text, photos and a location attached and your complete trip will be shown in a nice timeline and plotted on an interactive map. You can even enrich the map with additional waypoints along your route. SHARE Part of the fun of traveling is sharing your adventure with friends and family. You decide to keep the trip for yourself, share it with your loved ones or make it available for the whole world to enjoy. For the times you are not traveling, you can follow road trips, adventures or other journeys from fellow travellers around the world. A great way to get inspired and plan your next trip. EXPLORE Explore and search for other trips around the world. Great for dreaming away on a boring moment in your day, get inspired and plan you next adventure. You can also contribute and inspire others by sharing your trips with the world. OFFLINE Your epic adventure might bring you to places where you don’t always have cell reception, for many the ‘cool’ place to go. Going Walkabout allows you to create posts and waypoints also in these offline and often remote situations. There is never a moment that can’t be captured and shared with your friends and the rest of the world. PRIVACY You and only you decides what gets stored and shared! Going Walkabout does NOT track your location in the background. This saves battery life and protects your privacy. Your trips can be protected, where you decide who can ‘follow’ and enjoy your adventure, or your trip can be public for the whole world to enjoy. During the trip only sharing with friends and family and a while after the trip share it with the world. No problem, you can adjust the privacy settings at any point in time.
