It’s my first time using gojo and I have an extremely unpleasant experience. I topped up $50rm into GOJO wallet to book a ride at location 1. 20mins of patient waiting and there is still no matches. I got fed up cos we are rushing for time and we book grab where we got matched within 10seconds. At the location 2, we wanted to give gojo app another shot and we tried booking for a ride and waited for 15mins but once again no matches. And hence, we switch over to grab app and got matched within seconds. Since I’ve no use for the credit cos gojo app cannot simply do what they promote which is to match me to drivers, I’ll like to withdraw my $50rm deposits from their wallet. However, their response is once a user topped up the wallets, there is no refund regardless if u have a use for it. PS: I’m not promoting grab app here but I’m here to air my grievances as an affected user of gojo app. ### 1/5 — The worst app experience *2022-10-22, version 4.6.5707* It shows you have paid by personal card and in the end it doesn’t transfer the money to the driver’s account, so we have to pay again.!!!!! don’t get scammed ! So I leave the apps on my phone unused. It was confirmed and I was assigned a taxi driver. Called him 20 mins before pick up time and he told me he was coming, however when I called 3 minutes past the pick up time, driver told me that he was uninformed of this booking. And he did not know how to cancel my booking. Its stupid and its pointless. I cant mute the notification incase i need to be notified about my deliveries. I needed to sign up and the verification sms never arrive even after I retried multiple time. Every time i hit resend the wait became longer. It was 280 sec in my last attempt. A big thumbs down ### 1/5 — Always Disappointing *2024-04-18, version 4.6.6911* I’ve tried the app three times just to see the trend of their services. The pinned location does not match the correct address. I have to explain to the drivers the pinned location is correct and wrote in the driver’s note the street address. They don’t seem to read the driver’s note. I have booked an advanced ride to pick me up at 7:05 am, but the car arrives 20 minutes late. I was late for my work that day because of this stupid app. Also, it’s annoying that they ask for payment at the drop off area and I told them it’s via wallet. Don’t these drivers check the app? I’ve wasted a lot of effort and time in this app. I don’t plan to use it again ### 1/5 — Unreliable, money is kept by them *2024-01-31, version 4.6.6911* I have over 80rm stuck in my gojo wallet. Money is stuck because you can never get a ride. I've emailed asking for a refund but did not get a response. Don't offer rides if you don't have them. ### 1/5 — Need to improve a lot *2024-01-06, version 4.6.6907* In my experience this app is a useless piece of red on my home screen. I wonder how they have such a high rating because that is the initial reason why I decided to try it on a day when grab fees were particularly high. I saw some other reviews stating that they used it in KL center but the waiting time is very(very very) long. Personally, I downloaded it almost a year ago and I never got to use the RM20 I topped up. I tried using it several times but there is never ONE driver available and I would also wait for 15min Max then just drop it. Maybe it's the area I stay in? I'm not sure. I tried contacting the customer service about it and no course of action was taken. The only reason for this issue they came up with is that Gojo is still unpopular. Regardless, I wouldn't recommend it because what is the use of it? Decoration? I advise the developer to warn users if there is not a single driver in their area before they top up. The same way grab does when inconvenience like rain will prevent the food from arriving. Topped up wallet to use this app for the first to book my first airport ride, but the system keeps cancelling my order. Tried many times to find drivers on this app but all to no avail. I’ve emailed customer support via their app over and over and literally no one is replying. It’s has been 10 days. Called their given customer support number many times, you guessed it, no answer. So, now I’m stuck with money in their stupid wallet, with no means of withdrawing it. Please avoid using this app at all costs if you’re in Malaysia.
