These are not off markets, they are directly from Coldwell Banker Coming Soon Excel spreadsheet. Majority of realtors will not advise their clients to sell off market because there is statistical data that off markets transactions net 25% less than on market properties. It’s a great app for seeing what inventory is going to come on the markets, but sellers accepting an offer preemptively is highly unlikely unless there is enough exposure. ### 5/5 — 10/10 *2024-07-12* Awesome application.
