The scooter I confirmed on the app for renting showed 77% battery left but it only have 0% battery actually and couldn’t motivate. I was on my way to an important meeting so I called the custemer survice for help. They told me I should check out the battery bar on the app. But the bar on the app shows differently with the scooter. They didn’t really help anything at all. At the end, I just took the taxi to the meeting. By the way, the custemer survice told me she “kindly” canceled my fee which I didn’t actually ride their scooter at all. Lol. Anyways, just don’t worth to try their survice.
