Looks like a perfectly fine app but would not let me register either of my valid Australian credit cards. Sorry guys, Uber got my money.

Text code never cane through, then just kept me in a loop saying pw wrong, then couldn’t verify code, couldn’t change pw, tried many times. Worst app experience, just heading over to Blue Star.

This App is currently not working. During the setup process it is supposed to email a validation code. However there is a bug and the validation code never arrives so you can't login and use the App.

Past few months trying to use it it fails at the time and the passenger boxes. Maybe not compatible with new OS. Was great when it worked.

Despite repeated attempts to book on App I was not successful. Just as well as charged $46 for 15 minute trip to airport including $6.50 airport entry which I know is out of their control but $2.50 to use a card is a blatant rort so driver would have got a one star rating had I booked through App. Think you guys have lost me to Uber

If you have dark mode turned on you can’t see any of the fields to fill out. Also you can’t book more than 4 people on the app but the Gold Band call centre was very helpful with getting a Van arranged.

The apps good but when you get to the confirm booking it fails, so this app is effectively ineffective. Fix it and you have a good app.

Functionality is awesome. Quick to book, live updates. I use this at least a few times a week.

Design is a bit yuck. Clicking "call" doesn't work (cellphones need an area code, remember?). Booking history doesn't work.
