Downloaded the app to track my partner but it doesn’t work.

So slow. Can’t track in real time.

The app crashes whenever there is a race on and just sends apology notifications later. Cannot track runners and you will miss important milestones. Not being able to predict the amount of traffic (or testing for it) shouldn’t be an excuse these days. What a disgrace.

Has been a very average app. Won’t refresh, keeps dropping out. Could be a lot better.

Live tracking doesn’t work. Doesn’t record any splits and only shows 2 of the 6 runners I am tracking on course. Contact page is blank / does not load. 

Disappointing!

An excellent app. Does everything you want it to, and more. I was able to track multiple runners’ progress on the course map, and also watch the live stream. I had access to real-time results, and the race photos were uploaded quickly. So many great features on this app. Super handy for those living overseas and interstate watching their family/friends race. Very impressive.
