I've had this app the moment it was up and running . So many cool features and very easy to use and manuever through . All your instructions on workouts and meal plans are so easy to read and follow you really don't have to question anything . Jacob checks in on you and your progress consistently and his communication is amazing . Very knowledgeable on the body , what it needs , how it works , and knows the best process for each body type to get to where it needs to be . Any kind of change you need , he accomodates to make sure you still get to your goal without any complications . It's cool to check your progress and he alters whatever you need to make sure you're comfortable . You can connect it to your apple watch so it counts steps and calories to log into there to show even more of how your day went exercise wise . This app is phenomenal in my opinion !

I’ve had the app about a week now. The trainer makes everything dummy proof with the meal plans an workout routines. Just click and god with everything. I’m not a calorie counter so he makes it super easy as long as you weigh your portions. The workouts are step by step with a timer in between steps. Perfect virtual training app.
