The assortment of fabulous foods makes me hungry every time I peruse the app. The delivery is always excellent and they keep you in close communication when there is adverse weather possibly affecting delivery. The prices are fair for such great quality. I have had to call customer service a couple of times due to my errors involving not adding my discount code and once giving a wrong address and they were absolutely the best and rapid in correcting the issue. I wish I could give them 10 stars at least! The website told me my new delivery was on a Saturday, and confirmed the change. My order was received on Friday instead and sat in the Texas sun for almost an hour. Spoiling the dairy and melting the chocolate. It was packed in a thin styrofoam box with one tiny ice pack. Even though it shipped clear across the country for days. I was unable to gift the item as is. I contacted them outside of their 2wk timeframe. I was told they wouldn’t refund or replace the item. I fully believe it would have arrived spoiled either way. If I could I would attach the pictures here. They say they can safely ship around the world. This is false. Do not rely on this as a gift for someone!!! But the instructions were horrible and required over an hour of work and prep. But when you go look at the listing, it doesn’t say that at all. You think you’re buying something that is ready to eat after you re hear. Not like a meal kit that you have to spend an hour cooking.
