You can also request an invoice for a contracted service. And in case you unfortunately suffer an accident or the theft of your car, from the app we provide a simple guide to notify us automatically with all the details, making the management associated with these incidents more flexible. It’s impossible to pay on the website and impossible to book on the app. It asks for a phone number then never sends an SMS nor displays a field for you to type a verification code. All the screen is white without response. I can’t get any new version either. It is impossible to log in so have to book cars as guest so loosing points and discounts. Login tells me email and password incorrect but they manage to send me advertisements to my email address.
