It is impossible to log in so have to book cars as guest so loosing points and discounts. Login tells me email and password incorrect but they manage to send me advertisements to my email address. Please please please sort the app out There is no route to report this fault so hopefully someone will read this Yours Disappointingly Steve ### 4/5 — Good but needs improvement *2024-10-02, version 2.8.17* Overall easy to use, and a good improvement on previous. I would prefer to see the levels of insurance and minimum payment when making the booking. Also, why doesn’t the system pickup the credit card number from the phone like most other apps? Cars are great and I'm out with a car in 2 minutes after uploading my details prior to flying. The apps extremely buggy. I'm never able to log into my client zone I end up resorting back to Web page. If the app were fully de bugged and tested the review would be 5* Gold car please offer more premium/sport cars in the future. ### 1/5 — Uncertainty of not knowing if the booking has gone through. *2024-08-20, version 2.8.17* I give up on Goldcar. An uncomfortable process of have I booked or haven’t I. Very poor. Lost count of the number of times I thought I’d paid to only wait and be left wondering if it’s booked or not. Saves credit cards but when going to pay with saved card it says that the card number is wrong. Doesn’t remember all clients data such as over 25 or have I got younger! It still doesn’t work …. App needs proper IT support and when you click on the help button it shows the bookings page !! Poor show Goldcar as you need to listen to your customers. App only shows spinning wheel and doesn’t load people’s account details ⚠️‼️🆘 Your app shows it was last updated 4 years ago !! ### 1/5 — Poor app *2024-07-19, version 2.8.17* Doesn’t allow me to login, just get the spinning wheel of death and stays like that. Field validation happens when the form is submitted (like in the 1990’s)! The rental company is good and they provide good, clean and new cars but their web reservation service and mobile apps are second rate. ### 1/5 — The worst *2024-02-04, version 2.8.17* This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It won’t accept my phone number, no matter what I try. I then tried the website and it does accept the phone number but then kicks me back to the start whenever I get to the payment stage. I’m just going to book a car with another company. ### 3/5 — Keep working on it please! *2023-11-06* I am not sure why but I continually have issues making payments for my reservation using both the PC and Mobile Apps. No, I am not using Discover or American Express cards. I rent waaaay to often for this to keep happening and to add to the frustration most often with my payment finally goes through the charge has increased by several euros/dollars a day. It’s impossible to pay on the website and impossible to book on the app. It asks for a phone number then never sends an SMS nor displays a field for you to type a verification code.
