Nothing exciting. *2021-12-18, version 1.6* Pretty basic tycoon game adding nothing new to the table. The story is interesting but not interesting enough to hold its own before I got bored after a few days. The arts also really pretty. The downfalls lies in the gameplay. Everything is really easy to get u don’t have to work for anything. The companions were the biggest disappointment they have no personality at all. It’s just basic ### 4/5 — Important for new players. *2021-08-15, version 1.5* It’s honestly a decent game to check in from time to time, how ever for some players that don’t wanna put cash on the game you’ll be outclassed by the time you get to the next home. The pay to win mechanics have drove off a lot of players. There are events that have some things that would boost the game for a lot of players, but the best things are not achievable by normal means you have to pay to get these items. If the devs would take the pay to win mechanics out and let everyone have a fair chance at getting these it would be so much better. ### 2/5 — Frustrating to play because of lag *2021-08-10, version 1.5* This game has beautiful art and I love playing it but… it’s hard to because of constant lag. Every time I press something, it takes a few seconds to load and says “Awaiting Response”. But the tutorials get stuck and I can’t move forward. Some of the big players are quitting because of the poor arena update and the hard to get skins for the characters... feel like there is no moderator or support you can contact to give reviews on the updates. Seems like more optimization is needed before people will play again. ### 1/5 — WORST UPDATE EVER *2021-07-31, version 1.4* Okay I genuinely enjoyed this game and was willing to spend money on it until this update, I like almost all of the new content but they made it basically IMPOSSIBLE to get the most important items to progress through the game without spending hundreds of dollars, the rewards from the events are now PATHETIC, the rework of the shops makes getting the clothes to upgrade your retainers way too difficult, and the changes to diamond spender events completely rob players of any advantage that the monthly and annual passes gave. Free to play players don’t even have a chance now… This is a great game but devs you need to fix the mess you dun created or you are going to lose your entire player base. Start by monitoring #suggestions in your own discord, that will give you some ideas of how to appease the angry mob you have created. ### 1/5 — Pay to Play *2021-07-31, version 1.4* I really wanted to like this game. It was a cool idea and the artwork was great. I knew it was pay to win, but was hoping there would be some competition for those not as rich. The difference is staggering though and has caused many people to leave and the servers are left with a dwindling population. The latest update has furthered the idea that the devs do not care about making a decent game. The whole thing is almost an exact copy of another game I’ve played. With each update they make it almost impossible to play without spending a fortune on the game. I don’t mind putting a little money into a good game, but an unoriginal mobile game should not be costing me more than a AAA game. ### 1/5 — PTW game becomes even more PTW *2021-07-31, version 1.4* This game was already PTW to begin with, but after the newest update, it became even more so that way. The newest update took stripped the good purchasable items from the in-game shops and took away the idle-earning supplemental income vault. The trade system changed to mimic their other game, Trading Legends, so it’s not horrible, but takes longer than the original trading method. Honestly, it was good before the new update, but now, I’m not sure if I will continue to play, as everything has changed to PTW. ### 1/5 — My 1 star review got deleted *2021-07-30, version 1.4* Last update cheated players. Don’t download until they fix it. Used to be a solid fun game. Waiting for a fix. ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2021-07-30, version 1.4* The games newest update has made the game a much less enjoyable experience. They removed a vault system which rewarded you with increased income for fighting in the arena, this money made up about half of a players daily income(give or take). The new arena system now has no purpose as their is no longer any reward to playing it. This update was a blatant attempt to get players to spend more money by slowing down the pace of the game significantly. I would not recommend anyone play this game thanks to the new update ### 2/5 — Stupid update *2021-07-30, version 1.4* They got us all hyped for the update, but then they changed a crazy amount of things without fixing the problems that were already there. They took out the vault feature, which for those of us who paid for the yearly pass, has completely needed our income. Additionally, due to some bad programming, in the current Cross-Server Earnings battle, I used the barrels, and ended up getting -7 million in earnings. Everyone is super upset about how they did all this without telling us. ### 1/5 — Update: breach of contract *2021-07-30, version 1.4* There was a HUGE update this week with enough disruptive/negative changes that many players have quit and a cross-server boycott on in-game purchases was proposed. They may or may not fix the problems. We’ll see. I’m more concerned about what it MEANS. As an example, there is a year-long subscription pass. My server opened sometime in May. In the subscription (“contract”) it gives you an in-game bonus that is significant; it was the biggest draw for people to purchase the pass. It’s gone. Not just the bonus, but the entire game function it applied to. No replacement of similar value has even been offered; just the subscription that you have somewhere between 290 and 364 days left on is almost completely useless. No dev response on that other than “sorry you’re unsatisfied.” Doesn’t bode well to me. ### 1/5 — Do not play. 1.4 Ver Update screw the game badly *2021-07-30, version 1.4* With the recent update , 1.4, all resources are inflated and restricted so that you have to spend more money to play. Rushes and Cross Server event rewards are all nerf. SIMILARLY, with all other stores exchange, everything is more expensive. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2021-07-30, version 1.4* The game is very heavily pay to win, and the newest update is full of glitches and changes that further devalue gameplay and the ability for the average player to accomplish anything. ### 4/5 — I like it. I really do, but… *2021-07-30, version 1.4* Some of the text in my game broke one day and I don’t know how to fix it. Since it broke I haven’t been able to participate in the events like the fishing one. Even with the recent update it’s still broken. If there is a way to get an image of what I’m talking about to you, please let me know. Bought a year pass, which was pretty expensive for a game, not including of course the small in app purchases. And what’d I get from it? No updates. Dead servers. One active clan if active is even the right word for it. Wish I could get my money back. ### 1/5 — Pay to win - No update in over 8 months *2022-05-19, version 1.6* They have left this game to die and haven’t done an update in over 8 months. All events are pay to win with whales grabbing all the decent rewards and everyone else left with scraps. Many characters cannot be obtained if you aren’t a subscription or high spending player, making this game hard for any casual F2P person or even a small spender. If you complete a collection of characters you receive bonuses and perks but one of the characters will be locked behind a paywall. This game has Greedy devs who want your money but don’t want to put the time into game maintenance to make spending worth it. All in all a stale and dying game, do not recommend. It’s sad because this game has so much potential- beautiful artwork, interesting side elements (hair salon, arena, Lyceum, feast hall, guild procurement missions, dungeon raiding, the list goes on). ### 1/5 — Awful Update *2021-08-22, version 1.5* Listen, I love this game. But since the big update, there have been new paywalls to access previously free things. I used to be able to spend gems on events but now it’s made so the pay to win players are the only ones able to access the leaderboards for events. I used to be able to upgrade my retainers by buying (with in game currency) the clothing items at different stores. I had to grind to get the credits for the upgrade so it was worth the in game play for it. But now I have over thirty times the amount of credits and nothing to do with them because it is impossible to get the clothing items needed. I keep collecting but the credits are useless without the items needed for the upgrade. I miss the old game. I’ve played every day for months and now I feel like the devs just don’t care about anything other than money. I spend over $200 for this game because it use to be a good game and amazing art and storyline. Wish I could get refund. I had to delete it because it was completely unplayable ### 1/5 — Trash update, trash compensation *2021-08-02, version 1.4* Imagine paying for an annual subscription, with very specific stipulations, and then 2 months after you’ve paid the full price, the seller changes your subscription to be worth less than what you paid for. That’s breach of contract! You paid for specific things, so you should get those specific things or something commensurate if change is inevitable. Well, there’s no need to imagine in cause that’s exactly what they did. It’s like they wanted people to stop playing their game. GJ. ### 1/5 — New update has ruined enjoyment *2021-08-01, version 1.4* The game is a nice idle clicker with some perks if you pay money. I wasn’t going to be highest player in the game but you can still compete without spending money. Now it’s just bad. The arena change just ruined the pace of the game and it’s basically removed all reason to open it. Also the pace with the new arena functions are terrible. It was literally like the devs said “yeah we are done with this. Let’s burn it and collect the money and do the next thing” ### 1/5 — Original player *2021-07-31, version 1.4* I want to preface this by saying I’ve started this game a week after launch. I’m pretty active and even dropped a little money as a gesture of appreciation to the devs for the game. The newest update two days before this review has killed the motivation and fun for a lot of the people on my server, particularly the whales. So many features of the game, like obtainable materials to upgrade has increased in price (either gems or in game currency) or been removed. There are fewer avenues to progress in the game and features that are clearly intended to incentivize paying money to progress has been added. Core privileges of the season pass like the vault (a way to generate in game gold) has been removed which was a big reason I even decided to pay for it. My server as well as the majority of the servers have collectively decided on a boycott to protest how bad its gotten. I’ll likely update my review as time progresses and see what the devs decide to do, but for now. I wouldn’t recommend the game to new players. ### 1/5 — They ruined it *2021-07-31, version 1.4* Used to be a Funnish P2W that allowed at least some f2p enjoyment. Now it’s beyond P2w. Maybe some things to your home and also adding a held item to companions like we have curios for retainers. I’d like to give companions items that are specific to their lore. After playing it quite a bit, I can confirm it is much much more. It has a well thought out story, if you’re into that, though it is not mandatory to sit through it if you don’t want to. There’s a lot of management of a lot of different things, and is overall a very enjoyable game. A couple things I would change? Some of the limits placed on QOL improvements, such as auto-enhance and whatnot in order to procure money for the developers. While I understand that the devs need to earn money and also have content for the purchasable passes, I don’t think causing non-paying players to have to take 10x as long to do something is the right way to go. With that said, it’s not p2w so I can’t complain much. Otherwise, I’d definitely like to see more than one type of scene for specific things such as summoning, offspring rooms, perhaps for tour encounters as well. While the existing art is nice, some of it gets repetitive, especially summoning, and different scenes/art for things would go a long way I think.
