Back to Church’s Chicken I go where the user or customer is not shaken down for more money!!!!!!!Not to mention the hassle it is now to login and place a simple damn order. REWARD SCAMMER! You must make a purchase in order to cash in your reward! Use DoorDash instead. *2026-03-09* This app is loaded full of bugs and the prices aren't worth i over DoorDash. Takes hours sometimes to get a delivery, if any at all. If the time crosses within 10 minutes after the projected delivery time, it auto marks the delivery as completed - the timeline bullet points are completely fake. Everywhere you turn there is no information except "call them" and then they tell you to call DoorDash. So let me ask a perfectly reasonable question: why does this app exist? ### 1/5 — App does not work *2026-03-02, version 25.8.4* Download the app. I cannot sign up. Tried to get a code via text several times and then through email. Got messages to wait 15 seconds to resend code. No telling how many times I waited and resent. But after the last attempt, the codes came through after waiting for our order at Golden Chick, drove home, and pulled up to the driveway and my phone automatically connected to WiFi. Sooo…does this app not work over 5G? Not good. I was through with the back at the restaurant. Never got the email code to sign up. Smh. ### 1/5 — Reward SCAM *2026-02-28, version 25.8.4* Pure trash. The staff tells you they can’t cancel it or see it until it pushes through a receipt on their end even if you have the order info and they won’t start your order early. You should fix this issue as simple as it is with the money you have as a corporation.
