They kept saying I had to upload verification of my identity to release the money back to the PayPal account that they had no problem wrongfully taking it from in the first place without any verification of my identity. I have uploaded several different documents and they just keep putting that they’re rejected even when I followed their exact steps. I finally give up and they have basically stole $200 from me. I wish I could report them further or get their casino shut down because I have NEVER had something like this happen with any of the other online casinos and I can see other comments where similar things have happened to other people. This means if you win ANYTHING from their casino you will have to upload a ton of documents that they will reject and you’ll never get your money. Put a small deposit in, received some bonus, and let it spin. All in all, the slots themselves were fine and I ended up winning about $400 after my play through requirement was satisfied. Great, right? I was happy. I went to cash out and treat myself to a nice steak dinner or such. Well, that’s when the problems began. There was no option available for me to cash out my money besides PayPal (despite them offering multiple methods of deposit, none of these are supported for withdrawals), and PayPal will not successfully link to this app for me, despite multiple attempts and various pathways used, including literal phone calls with customer service. After a few days of trying, I’ve given up on ever getting my winnings out of this app and have written it off as a an extremely poorly-constructed platform at best and a maliciously-designed attempt to inconvenience people out of funds at worst. There are much better alternatives to online gambling, pretty much any other app will do you better.
