Golden tours audio doesn’t always work. Its offices’ staff aren’t available during posted business hours.

I purchased 5 adults and 1 family ticket for 24 hours, while purchasing from the app it was showing £37 per head as special price, after a week when we travelled to London and when we get on the bus they were asking to pay balance amount.. it’s cheating

I don’t recommend this company and it was actually a rip-off 
They promess a bus every 15 mins but they took way too long to pick us up 
While I was sitting on stop 54 waiting for it there were, at least, 3 other buses from CitySightSeing and 2 Toothbus passing by…
At the end it took so long that the service stopped and after 30min waiting we didn’t get any last ride

As someone in the hospitality industry, I expect a fairly high level of service. The bus drivers (one in particular) wasn’t very friendly or forthcoming. I was the only one in the bus at one point and asked to be flagged when we were at the castle stop. Even sitting down close to him and asking him twice, he drove by without letting me know. Maybe it’s a British thing, but I found them cold and going through the motions.
