It never works the first time, you can’t let people come in on the same day anymore. It doesn’t work on the Apple Watch. Get it together !!!

The app is handy, I don’t always need my fob to get inside. I am also able to grant access to apartment for a limited time. My only issue is I do not have remote lobby access. I always have to go downstairs to let my visitors in. I have sent complaints via the app with no response. They could better with their customer service.
