The app is easy to guide and use. Only thing I wish they had was a filter when searching for booking more classes. ### 2/5 — Potential to be helpful *2026-02-01, version 2.51.0* The app is terrible. I understand the potential it has to streamline things; however, it does not work reliably. Ex: slow/does not load, inaccurate information, etc. Swim school relies heavily on app assuming it works better than it does. Parents get frustrated. It creates friction between staff and customers as staff will assume customer doesn’t want to use app or treat them like they are “dumb”. ### 2/5 — Evaluation tab fluckers *2025-11-08, version 2.46.0* Can you please fix the issue with evaluation tab? It is flickering when I try to open it. ### 4/5 — Buggy App *2025-11-06, version 2.46.0* first i just want to say the school is PHENOMENAL. i cannot say enough good things about them! my 4/5 stars is about the app. it’s really easy to schedule classes, view upcoming lessons and progress evaluations, and you can even filter class requests by teacher (which is awesome if your kid has a favorite teacher!) ⚠️THE PROBLEM: there’s a bug that don’t allow you to fully open or scroll through evaluations. this is recent, and i tried to find app support but i couldn’t find an email or anything, so i’m communicating the problem here in hopes of having it fixed. ### 2/5 — Number of open slots per class *2025-11-02, version 2.46.0* Please add the feature that shows the number of open slots per class. The most recent update has the student evaluations section flickering and unable to scroll or read. Please fix back! ### 2/5 — Viewing open classes is faulty *2025-09-03, version 2.44.0* This works for canceling classes but when it comes to rescheduling it needs a lot of improvement. If you select your child it still shows you a bunch of incorrect level types and if you select the level you want, it does not display the available lesson times in chronological order (ie it may show a Sunday time, a Wednesday time, a Monday time, and another Sunday time). Such a frustrating user experience I’ve noticed on the website as well that should really be bare minimum functionality for viewing available lesson times. I feel like I’m trying to solve a complex math problem just gauging what actual days and times are available. ### 2/5 — Poor user experience / UI design *2025-06-08, version 2.40.0* The app was clearly not designed by anyone who had any idea about user experience. Doing basic tasks like cancelling an upcoming class is extremely unintuitive. It takes forever to pull up your data and display it. You can easily go to the dashboard and that’s about it. Going to the My Account section is almost impossible, you click on it and it will stack with a white page displayed. At one point I thought it’s my phone and I restarted it but no charge and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still have the same issue. What’s the point of having an app if it can’t let you do things?! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t have our location *2024-12-06, version 2.32.0* This app is useless to me because it doesn’t pull up the location we go to. It is a goldfish swim school so it’s not me being dumb. I have to just use the website and it’s honestly very annoying. I want to be able to use the app but I guess aurora doesn’t exist to it. Super frustrating. ### 1/5 — Confusing and frustrating user experience *2024-10-30, version 2.30.1* This app was poorly designed and needs a complete rebuild. What is its purpose? It’s not designed to manage schedules because it’s not possible to manage a schedule. All you can do is buy a monthly time slot. Ali always have to call them to try and reschedule a class and get a makeup token. I’d rather be able to do it on the app. This is a big reason why ok considering a competitor school in the area with an easier customer interaction model. ### 1/5 — Unpredictable and unreliable app *2024-10-08, version 2.24.0* This app work better before but after the last update it’s not working anymore. Current app is downloaded and have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times does not correct problem. You can’t see anything yet they think they have the audacity to charge your card however they want. You can’t see anything but they can mark you present for a class you didn’t attend and not give you your absentee stipend. I’m not sure if the school intentionally created this app like this. ### 1/5 — Put back number of slots open in each class!!!! *2026-06-19, version 2.54.0* What happens to the app talking us how many slots were open in a certain class. They purposely hide and charge you unused service and not interested in customer satisfaction. When filtering the class schedule and seeing results it doesn’t always filter or organize sequentially. The naming of enrolled vs attendance is just used interchangeably and it’s confusing which is which. It was easier for me to text GSS to cancel/schedule. I had no trouble at all logging in. My phone had saved my password from the online portal so it used my face scan to open within seconds! I also was able to see my daughter’s upcoming classes easily on the dashboard and it showed her class ratings from her swim instructor. It automatically popped up with our location so that was no an issue for us on that end either. You can book new classes on the app and see offered packages. Overall I 10/10 recommend. Was that so hard? ### 5/5 — So easy to schedule *2023-02-21* I see a lot of poor ratings for this app especially from people complaining about either login issues or because they’re too lazy to enter a password. I am very happy with this app. It’s fantastic. No login issues that many complain of. And it stays logged in. I don’t have to keep entering passwords. I am certain all these poor ratings are all user induced problems. Re-scheduling classes (transfer) and using make-up tokens is so easy when the app gives you all available slots for your kid’s swimming level based on the dates/calendar and filters you choose.
