Also the login screen isn’t the correct format with Apple so you need to manually type your email/login ID. Once you do that it will let you use Face ID for your password thankfully but still annoying. ### 2/5 — Buyers get way better prices on eBay *2024-08-18* Don’t get hooked bc of the Netflix show like I did. I severely overpaid for my first order. Once I realized it, I tried to consign the cards back to them for auction but was told my items don’t meet their criteria. What? I just received them from Goldin yesterday. Seems shady. I’m not asking for my money back or anything. Just want to auction the same cards I just bought from them to try to recoup some of my money. Kenny could use some help with his app! ### 1/5 — Terrible, just terrible *2025-07-31* I feel like this app was designed by a group of 85 year old men with a dial up internet connection. Doesn’t load, freezes on bidding, you can’t successfully search for an item without it freezing and sending you back to start all over. And don’t try and click on a picture of an item, you get stuck in limbo until the app crashes and reloads. It’s made me not buy things from Goldin so many times because it’s just such a bad app. I don’t ever do reviews but I had to for this one. You need to hire somebody that’s not 100 years old to revamp this app. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2025-07-24* Constantly freezes and kicks you out of auctions. Can’t load pictures, freezes when you try zooming in on products. This is a very bad app for selling such expensive Items. Needs work bad. ### 1/5 — Recent update unusable *2025-05-07* Has never been a great app (navigating images of lots is a train wreck) but most recent update has rendered the app unusable - despite logging out/in several times none of my account info shows (purchases, bidding, watching, etc.); just all blank white screens. Feels like there’s a real opportunity to improve this app and hope you guys continue to work on it! ### 1/5 — This App is Terrible *2025-03-08* This app is so basic and difficult to use! Pictures don’t load right, you have to log back in every time you use the app. It has to take you to the website then log back in. The search filters are just awful. This feels like a child created this app. The interface is terrible. And you’d think for selling some of the most expensive items in auction, they would have an app that was a bit more professional. ### 1/5 — App Terrible *2025-02-24* This app is so bad, requires an update or “re-login” each time. ### 1/5 — Fool’s Gold *2025-02-01* A shortsighted scummy business model that tacks huge fees on the backend without disclosure up front. Out of the $1,200 earned in my sale, I received just $580. Stuck to Grey Flannel or just sell yourself through eBay. ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2024-07-12* I purchased an item on the app, and they had horrible customer service. The auction ended and the item hasn’t shipped. I called customer service to find out where my item was, and why it hasn’t shipped yet. The customer service rep was extremely rude. He kept interrupting me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep told me there was one available and would be happy to transfer me. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed that the manager isn’t available and then was hung up on. I will never buy anything from these jerks again. ### 1/5 — Sell on eBay. *2024-02-24* Horrible. Items post for $10 starting. Had one bid, probably one of their employees, bid on my item. $10 sold for, much lower then what item was worth. Auction on a site that allows you to set minimum bids. Not someone who sets minimum bids that majority sell at $10, then they take $5. You left with $5 and can only use a complicated service to get the 5 out.
