The staff was friendly, my order was ready on time, and the pickup process was quick and hassle free. Applying filters is not intuitive and not all preferences can be chosen from a single menu. There are no product/effect descriptions or reviews other than their terpene profile. THC content %s are too small to see without clicking on the specific product. Once items have been added to the bag, you can’t always remove them. Instead, an error message says “the cart cannot be found”, and because the bag is full of stuff I don’t want, I can’t check out, making the app useless. - Ordering through their site is FAR more efficient and reliable and much less frustrating than dealing with the app. ### 1/5 — Errors when app launches FIX IT PLEASE!!! *2026-02-03, version 6.0.4* App was working GREAT during December 2025 when I downloaded it, kept track of all my orders, could see the specials and I loved the specials during the holiday season BUT now, the app doesn't load at all, I keep getting errors!!!! So I go back in and talk to the female and she explained that if I spend $14 that I will get the highest in rewards. Which I spend $45.. I look at my app today and guess what I was lied to by the person and the app. I don’t understand why I have to miss out bc your app and employees don’t know what they are doing. I’m really upset about this. I spend a lot of money here and so does my family. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. And then they tell me, the app was wrong and it off some. Idk how thats my fault that your app and employees don’t know what they are going. And then they tell me I have to wait till I come back in for them to tell me if they can fix it or not. ### 2/5 — No thanks *2026-05-14* I’m sticking with the website for now. Mainly because the writing/text on the app is so tiny. Some in colors (gold over white) that you cant see at all. You can change the grid setting. Which on any other app would zoom and make the text bigger. Not this app though. I’ve also had items stuck in my cart. I reinstalled the app to fix it. It didn’t work. They were only taken from my cart when they sold out. So I was basically being forced to buy what’s in my cart if I use the app. Another thing is reward points. We should be able to use them on the app with our orders. Some of are disabled and can’t come to the store. But we earned our points like everyone else. And when you try to use them by calling in. Each employee will have a different version of how it works. I’ve been told it’s pointless to use it if you’re ordering delivery. Because it automatically takes the 15% off everything . But I’ve also had employees that all I needed to do was place my online delivery order. Then call the store. Tell them which item I would like to add using my points. Then they take the full price of that item. And knock whatever reward amount off. But the next time I was told another different version. It’s to the point I don’t even try anymore. Beyond frustrating when you have 5 different people. Telling you 5 different things. ### 2/5 — Missing points *2025-09-30* I downloaded this app a few days ago. At first I couldn't sign in with my email, I changed it, neither. My password is another problem. I've already spoken with you through three managers at the Annapolis store and finally yesterday a manager really helped me get into the app, but I was very surprised when it shows that I only have 300 because it's not when it should be 1400 at the last. I have my receipts.
