Restaurants won’t accept the app and when you report an issue in the app, no one gets back to you.

If there was a restaurant that didn't accept the pass we can reach out to the owner to make sure the issue is rectified for you! Occasionally there are employees that haven't been properly trained on redeeming the deals (as mentioned this is rare as we have a training protocol all of our vendors have to follow to be on the pass).

Most of the written reviews are suspiciously like employees and their family trying to promote the app. There aren’t that many good options in Utah and now it’s ruined by requiring an account to use perks pass.

GoldPass is hands-down one of the best money-saving apps I’ve ever used. It’s packed with 500+ legit deals all across Idaho—from restaurants and oil changes to haircuts and entertainment. Most of the offers are completely free, BOGO, or 50% off—so you start saving from day one. I was honestly shocked at how fast it paid for itself. Plus, it’s super easy to use and cancel if needed (though I doubt you’ll want to). If you live in Idaho, this app is a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

Perks pass is pretty limited. I was interested in the new Goldpass, but It would be nice to preview the deals for gold pass. I’m not interested in spending without knowing what the deals are.

The issue was quickly resolved by that evening, so if you update to the newest version in the app store it should be smooth sailing. Perks pass is pretty limited. I was interested in the new Goldpass, but as soon as I put my information in and hit continue it crashes. It would be nice to preview the deals for gold pass
