I lost my money and sent a email trying to get in contact with them because the ordered failed. I’m trying to see where my bitcoin went. It was a big purchase I may have lost a lot of money and upset and haven’t heard from goldshell. Looking for help.

If you thinking buy a miner from Goldshell or actually have one miner from them just download this app. You can manage everything in your miner remotely and get notified when they update the availability to buy new miners out of stock! A++++
