When I’m trying to see my timetable, the app crashes and completely shuts down when using my iPad but on my phone it doesn’t even show me my timetable. When I do eventually get to see my timetable, it shows my lectures in the wrong days (e.g. lectures for 21st October appear on 27th October and lectures for 17 October appear in 20th September). Please fix this it’s really frustrating

It should be fixed while keeping in mind that is used from fresh young people!

Hi,
   I would like to elighten the devloper team to add a new feature which could be make the life of students a bit easier, by introducing student id which can be add to google wallet and apple wallet. This would not only reduce the delay of student id delivery to the new students but also help student to use their phone to access their ids to access the university facility as well as online and indoor shopping.

    As all the students have higher chances of having nfc phones which are a must feature in the latest phones. We would not have to waste time for waiting for the new cards to come for same. This would also help management to cost cut the cards value in the near future.

I do hope this feature can be added for the goldsmiths students to make their life a bit easier at the same time help management to manage the long crowd that would be waiting for the student id cards.

Generally a great app timetable wise and other content, like the Uni Map. Unfortunately, the email won’t load and is completely broken!

This app is mostly great. However - last academic year - it used to be that when you tapped on the ‘timetable’ button in the app, your timetable was immediately there and was optimised for viewing on mobile devices. It was very clear, well formatted and consequently very easy to read in that format.

Currently tapping the timetable button appears to be linking to MyGoldsmiths, where I’m prompted to login (and apparently this is necessary every time I go to check the timetable, when clearly, it’s really not actually necessary). Then I have to click the ‘My Timetable’ link, then select options from dropdowns, then click a ‘view’ button. And what I end up seeing is considerably more difficult to read and less clear than the way the timetable used to be displayed in the app.

Please, I implore you, put it back to the way it was.

I’m a new student enrolling to this university, and this app is definitely very helpful. Easy to access your timetable, email, etc. 
What would be better is if it would show us our student ID number and maybe just a digital version of our ID
