I have scheduled 2 pre booked fares but then I found someone to give me a lift so I cancelled them (I paid for them with my card) and I didn’t get my money back. I called you guys and you said I should be getting it back in maximum 48 hours if not I should contact my bank. The times over - I didn’t contact my bank yet but are you serious? Nevermind the money but can you at least fix it? This is just stealing, I tried to pre book again btw and it said I didn’t have enough money (because I had to use the last of my money for those) ### 1/5 — App related spam *2024-08-27, version 34.6.17* This app has sent me 3 notification today and the days not even over yet. They really should do an update on this app because it is so bad. ### 1/5 — Has been working but now bit dodgy *2022-06-05, version 33.6.13* Update: New thing - drivers accept fares and then just don’t do anything. They don’t move. Do t show up. You can see in the app if no I g or not and they seem to accept the fare and then just don’t do anything. Weird. Worked quite well with promotions and such but now going off with promotions not being adhered to and taxis not been available when taxis are around. No contact option which is massively dodgy and really weird and suspect pricing - I mean it’s defo not the cheapest fares 100%.
