The only way to solve this issue is delete the app and reinstall as it won’t even load after exiting and reopening. The course design is sleek once you get in but first you have to enter a URL or sign in via QR that can’t be found anywhere. It works well for basic training consumption, especially for microlearning and quick reference. The navigation could also be more intuitive, with clearer pathways to recently assigned or in-progress content. We experience a low amount of lag or glitches. I like that you’re able to check into an ILT from the mobile app. The only issue we’ve had is users getting a black white screen upon login. The users will need to uninstall the app and reinstall the app to have the white screen go away to be able to log in. It crashes on me all the time. It won’t recognize my username and password even though it has never changed for the last year. What we didn’t do was focus on go.learn, firstly we wanted people to become experienced in the on line platform to begin, that said without advertising our curious team have already started to download go.learn for learning on the go!. Fantastic feedback so far and no issues raised ! Which is a great step. Our organization is not currently using this feature (at least not actively promoting it). We are now able to facilitate standardized learning objectives across the company with ease and provide executive leadership with quantifiable knowledge statistics supporting the training departments impact… oh, and it’s all accessible on-the-GO! ### 5/5 — Learning and Resources On-the-Go 🚀 *2025-05-21, version 6.8.0* The Go.Learn app does give access to training courses on the which is great for using Observation Checklists during On The Job Training. Our organization has found its biggest value add access to job aids on the go! Our Field Techs are able to access process flow and animation supporting their work flows directly on their phones which is how they mainly access content.
