The customer service has been terrible. I have given up and am trying to get refund. Buyers beware! I have continued to try following earlier review. Made mistake trying to work with Vimo Labs. Now can’t get refund. After paying 86.59 including tax I have nothing. The email from Vimo Labs I get says it doesn’t recognize my email or my password. Great to see app works for some. It does not have the features of newer apps but it had five years of my scores which I valued. A week ago I went into the app and all my data was gone. Several times this app has not saved information and now all my scores for the past year are gone. That made me nervous because now I don’t know that I can trust the app. It seemed to be working fine then maybe an update recently on the iPhone caused an issue? It was very frustrating. The developers must have been listening, because the latest updates make both the watch and phone interfaces much more reliable and user friendly. The ability to correct lost or missing data is very good.
